If you’ve found a product with healthy margins and you already have a proven market or sales channel, we’re open to co-investing in your next purchasing round. Our focus is on smart ideas backed by real demand, not just concepts.

You must demonstrate that your product has a legitimate sales channel or confirmed buyers — and we’ll help you scale from there.

Co-Investment Application Flow

You can reach out to us through our contact form or by email. In this first step, we’ll ask a few basic questions about your product, market, and background. We’re mainly interested in understanding what you’re offering, who you are, and whether there’s already proven demand behind your idea.

Next, we dive deeper into the details: product specs, purchase price, sales price, margins, and logistics setup. We’ll also review your target audience, sales channels, and any customer base you’ve built. If available, we’ll ask for sales history, invoices, or other proof of demand.

If your case meets our basic criteria, we’ll prepare a co-investment proposal. This includes the potential amount we can contribute, the structure of the investment, and the expectations from both sides. At all times, we expect you to invest part of the capital yourself — we only co-invest, never fund 100%.

Once both parties agree on the proposal, we draw up a clear agreement outlining the roles, timelines, payment structure, and responsibilities. Transparency is key — we want to avoid surprises later in the process. 

After the agreement is signed, we move quickly. We assist with purchasing, supplier communication, and, if needed, logistics and QC. Throughout the process, we keep in touch and expect regular updates on sales performance and delivery timelines. Our goal is to make sure your project scales — successfully and sustainably.
