Product Development
Product development is the process of turning your idea into a finished product, ready for production. We support all stages, from concept validation, technical drawings, prototyping, and material selection to final production readiness.

Yes. We produce working prototypes, often using 3D printing, CNC machining, or small test runs, so you can test and refine your product before committing to full-scale manufacturing.
Sourcing
Sourcing is the process of finding the right manufacturer or supplier for your product. We use both field and desktop sourcing to identify, screen, and negotiate with factories that meet your needs.
While most of our sourcing is in China due to the breadth of suppliers, we also work across other Asian markets such as Vietnam, India, and Bangladesh depending on the product type.

Definitely. We prioritize suppliers that meet strict standards for sustainability, ethical practices, and low environmental impact.
Unlike many agents, we do not work with hidden commissions or blind markups. You’ll see real supplier offers and make payments directly to the factory when desired.
Quality Control (QC)
We offer five core types of QC: Factory Audits, Pre-Production Inspections, During Production Checks (DuPro), Post-Production Checks, and Final Pre-Shipment Inspections.
A factory audit helps assess a supplier’s capabilities, equipment, labor conditions, and compliance with international standards before you commit to working with them.
A During Production (DuPro) inspection happens while manufacturing is still ongoing. It ensures quality is consistent before the full batch is completed.
Book a pre-shipment inspection once production is complete but before your goods are shipped. It’s your last chance to catch defects or deviations from your specifications.
Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standards are internationally recognized sampling systems that help define how many defective items are acceptable in a batch.
