Complaints Procedure

However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to hear about it so we can resolve the issue and improve our processes.

You can submit your complaint in one of the following ways:

• By Email:
  Send your complaint to complaint@younginvest.co
  Please include:

  • Your full name and company name (if applicable)

  • A description of the issue

  • Relevant dates and supporting documentation (e.g. reports, photos, correspondence)

  • The outcome or resolution you are seeking

• Via Contact Form:
  You may also use the contact form on our website and select “Complaint” as the subject.

• Acknowledgment
  You will receive an acknowledgment email within 1 business day confirming that we have received your complaint.

• Investigation
  A relevant team member will investigate the issue thoroughly. This may include reviewing inspection reports, speaking with our service providers, and verifying internal documentation.

• Response
  We aim to provide a detailed response within 5 business days. If more time is needed due to complexity, we will let you know and provide regular updates.

• Resolution
  If your complaint is valid, we will propose an appropriate solution, which may include service corrections, refunds (if applicable), or corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the issue to our Compliance & Internal Policies team at internal@younginvest.co. A final review will be conducted by senior management.

• All complaints are handled confidentially and professionally.

• Your feedback will never affect your right to use our services in the future.

• We use all complaints to continuously improve our standards and systems.
