Sustainability

Building a Responsible Supply Chain

Sustainability in Every Step

Sustainability isn’t a side project — it’s embedded into everything we do. From the very beginning of each project, we assess the environmental impact of our decisions, whether that’s choosing low-emission shipping methods, optimizing product design to reduce waste, or selecting recyclable and biodegradable packaging. Our goal is to build smarter, leaner, and more responsible supply chains that don’t just benefit our clients — but also the planet.

Conscious Sourcing & Production

We work exclusively with factories that meet strict environmental and ethical standards. Before onboarding any supplier, we evaluate their energy use, waste disposal practices, working conditions, and commitment to long-term sustainability. If a supplier cannot meet these expectations, we don’t move forward. Additionally, we encourage and advise clients on switching to eco-certified materials, lower-impact production methods, and more transparent manufacturing practices that align with global ESG goals.

Our Internal Commitment

Sustainability also starts at home — with our own people. We reduce business travel wherever possible by using digital tools, and when travel is necessary, we offset emissions. We push ourselves and our clients to challenge outdated systems and take small but meaningful steps — from using reusable packaging for samples to implementing green office policies. We believe that long-term change is only possible when sustainability is part of the company mindset, not just a marketing message.

How We Work — For People & Planet

Sustainability in Action

We support clients in designing products that are both market-ready and environmentally responsible. This includes selecting recyclable or biodegradable materials, minimizing excess packaging, and designing products that require less energy or raw materials during production. By starting with sustainability in the design phase, we reduce waste and environmental impact before production even begins.

We only work with suppliers and factories that meet our environmental and ethical standards. Each factory is screened for energy efficiency, waste management, chemical usage, and fair labor practices. We actively encourage the use of certified eco-materials and favor partners who invest in long-term sustainability initiatives. If a factory fails to meet these criteria, we won’t move forward.

We always aim to reduce the environmental footprint of logistics. This means optimizing container loads to reduce unnecessary space, choosing rail or sea freight over air when timing allows, and working with carriers who offer carbon offsetting. We help clients choose smarter transport options based on distance, urgency, and emission profiles.

During inspections, we limit travel by using local QC teams, which reduces the need for long-distance transport. We also promote digital reporting to cut down on paper use. In addition, we check that factories are following sustainable practices — from how they handle chemical waste to whether they have environmental certifications in place.

Our fulfillment services include sustainable packaging options, like compostable mailers, recycled boxes, and minimal-use packing materials. We group shipments when possible to reduce transport emissions and encourage clients to avoid unnecessary product inserts or plastic wrapping. We also provide data to clients about their packaging and shipping footprint so they can track and improve.

We expect all factories in our network to meet basic sustainability requirements. This includes proper disposal of waste, safe use of chemicals, responsible energy consumption, and compliance with environmental laws. We support factories in improving, but we won’t compromise on fundamental standards. Factories unwilling to adapt to modern sustainability norms will not remain in our supplier base.

We believe sustainability is a shared responsibility. That’s why we advise clients to make informed choices: choose greener packaging, avoid overproduction, consolidate shipments, and consider the full lifecycle of their products. While we never force decisions, we do challenge outdated habits and provide better alternatives that align with sustainable business practices.
